Chamaecereus silvestrii has a large number of hybrids.
At first, this plant looks exactly like the red flowering type.
However, the flowers are yolk-yellow to orange and reach a diameter of 4 cm. The leaf tips are slightly toothed.
As new buds keep appearing, the flowering phase takes some time.
